Delete your Nduro account

Nduro® (by Pace Innovations Inc.) lets you delete your account and associated data at any time. You can do it in the app, or request it by email without needing the app installed.

Option 1: Delete in the app

  1. Open the Nduro app and sign in.

  2. Tap Profile in the bottom bar.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

  4. Tap Delete to confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Send an email to support@nduroai.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account.” We’ll confirm and complete your request within 7 days.

What gets deleted

  • Profile information (name, email, date of birth, gender, profile photo)

  • Training plans, workout history and wearable data (Garmin, Apple Health, and other connected devices)

  • Fueling, recovery and injury information

  • AI coaching conversations, memory and recommendations

  • Connections to other services: Garmin, devices linked through Terra, and Sign in with Apple are disconnected

What we keep

We don’t keep your personal data after your account is deleted. Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) under their own policies, as required for tax and legal purposes.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel yours in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
