My journey into endurance sports began in 2020 when I took up running. Since then, I’ve chased big goals—from a 50-mile ultramarathon to a sub-2:55-hour marathon attempt this October and a 70.3 Ironman this past June. But with each new challenge, I've struggled to find the right way to train, fuel, and recover—especially while juggling a demanding career in Medical Device Sales and life as a husband.
Relying on scattered advice from AI-powered research assistants, influencers, and online guides felt inefficient and overwhelming. I've spent hours searching for plans that didn’t fit my lifestyle, missed workouts due to my work/social schedule, and battled fatigue after long days in the operating room.
That’s why I created Nduro—a smarter tool to help endurance athletes train more efficiently, stay consistent, and hit their goals even when life happens. Whether you’re working toward your first mile - or a full Ironman, I’m glad you’re here. Keep pushing.
I’m grateful to be a husband, brother, son, friend, athlete, and now the founder of Nduro—built for athletes like us.
To revolutionize endurance training with a platform that adapts to every athlete’s goals and lifestyle. We exist to empower athletes to unlock their full potential and achieve what once felt impossible.
Nduro was built from the idea to give every athlete a training partner that adapts to their goals, needs and lifestyle. For many, endurance sport is more than competition — it’s an outlet for stress, health, and clarity — and our mission is to make sure training fits life, not the other way around.
We’re athletes and builders who believe training should fit your life, not the other way around. Performance is personal, and no two athletes are the same.
That’s why we’re creating Nduro — a platform that adapts to your goals, your challenges, and your journey. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
