My journey into endurance sports wasn't easy. Since 2020, I've chased big goals—from a 50-mile ultramarathon, to a Boston Qualifier (2:48), to an Ironman 70.3. But with each new challenge, I've struggled to find the right way to train, fuel, and recover—especially while juggling a demanding career in Medical Device Sales and life as a husband.
Relying on scattered advice from AI-powered research assistants, creators, and online guides felt inefficient and overwhelming. I've spent hours searching for plans that didn’t fit my lifestyle, missed workouts due to my work/social schedule, and battled fatigue after long days in the operating room.
That’s why I created Nduro—I wanted a 'Coach in my Pocket' that could handle the reality of a busy life. An engine that adapts instantly so I can stay consistent without the burnout. Whether you’re working toward your first mile - or a full Ironman, I’m glad you’re here. I’m building this for us—the athletes who want to accomplish great things but still have a life outside of training.
